<title>Chapter Attains GOLD Standard</title>

Also awarded: Most Improved Chapter, Outstanding Risk Reduction Programming, Outstanding Public Relations, Man of the Year - Brandon McNary, and President of the Year - Brandon McNary. Commander Austin Tenpenny accepts the award on their behalf.  </description>
