Posted: Mon, Jul 26 2004 Tony Marable (KM 25/QI 287), Theta Iota Chapter advisor, releases the following letter discussing the chapter's experience at Grand Chapter. Topics include chapter appointments, awards, and photographs from St. Louis. Dear Brothers: Our Commander, Clay Kennedy recently served as a member of the STATE OF THE FRATERNITY COMMITTEE at Grand Chapter. If you are unaware, this is highest governing committee at the conference. Along with two other commanders, he gave the final report at Grand Chapter. Visit the link provided below to see a photograph of Kennedy at the podium. Ryan Saylor also participated at Grand Chapter. There's a photograph of him as well making some excellent points during one of the panel discussions. Regarding awards: Let all brothers know that we received HONORABLE MENTION in the Rock Chapter competition. This is highest recognition ever received from Nationals and ranks high among our many accomplishments since our rechartering. All of us should be extremely proud of our collegians. On another note, I have been appointed as DIVISION COMMANDER of Midsouth-Alpha region. This region includes all Sigma Nu chapters in Kentucky. I'm excited about the opportunity to serve in this capacity. In addition, I plan to continue as the Theta Iota Chapter advisor.
