The Theta Iota Housing Corporation is the legal non-profit, 503(c)7 entity that holds the legal title and acts as official landlord of the chapter home on MTSU’s Greek Row. Its responsibility is to manage the Sigma Nu Housing Fund which is administered by the MTSU Educational Foundation. Its goal is to provide the necessary resources to maintain and improve the general fraternity property as well as fund alumni sponsored scholarships to active collegiate members of Sigma Nu.
