The Theta Iota Housing Fund is endowed and retains its own identity with the MTSU Education Foundation. It is commingled with other accounts to ensure prudent and efficient investment management. MTSU holds our endowed gift into perpetuity, investing the principal and using a portion of the annual return on investment to fund the mission of Theta Iota Chapter of Sigma Nu Fraternity.
